At Cottonworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your garment isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the original items with all tags attached back into the eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return slip provided.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location using the prepaid shipping label sent to your email.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
